- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.
