ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE

At 313 Lavish Crafts, all t-shirts and custom shoes are made-to-order and created specifically for each customer. Because all products are custom made, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders.

No Returns or Exchanges for Customer Errors

Please review your order carefully before placing it. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for customer ordering mistakes, including:

Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Ordering the wrong design or style
Entering an incorrect shipping address
Ordering the wrong shoe or apparel option

Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer error.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@313lavishcrafts.com.

Include:

Your order number
Photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

Because our products are custom made, we do not offer exchanges for sizing issues or customer ordering errors.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving defective products or fulfillment errors made by us. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, orders may be exempt from the EU 14-day cooling off period in accordance with applicable laws regarding custom goods.
